Help with an app

Each app we publish has its own help pages, privacy policy, and terms. Start there; the team that builds the app answers fastest.

Cannot find what you need? Email contact@zinnia.dev with the app name, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.

Response times

  • Email: contact@zinnia.dev
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time
  • First response: within 5 to 7 business days
  • Outages: if an app is down for everyone, we post updates on its own site while we fix it.

Account and data deletion

You can delete an account you hold with any app published by Zinnia Development LLC, along with the personal data attached to it. This applies to every app we publish, including Wheredai.

In the app

Open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. Confirm, and the deletion starts immediately.

Or by email

Email contact@zinnia.dev with the subject Delete my account, from the email address on the account, and tell us which app. We will verify it is you, then delete the account.

What happens next

Your account, profile, content you created, and device data are deleted within 30 days. Copies in backups are removed on the normal backup rotation, at most 90 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as purchase records for tax purposes, and we confirm by email when it is done.

Data you shared into a space owned by someone else may remain visible to that owner under the app's own privacy policy. Details for each app are on its site.

Report a security issue

Found a vulnerability in one of our apps or sites? Email contact@zinnia.dev with Security report in the subject. Our contact details are also published at /.well-known/security.txt.

  • We acknowledge reports within 5 to 7 business days and keep you updated while we fix the issue.
  • Please give us a reasonable time to fix before disclosing publicly, and do not access other people's data.
  • We do not pursue good-faith researchers who follow these guidelines. We do not currently run a paid bounty program.

Accessibility and this website

We want our apps and this site to work for everyone. If something is hard to use with assistive technology, or you spot a broken page, tell us at contact@zinnia.dev and we will fix it.
