We provide custom web solutions for small businesses.

We understand that having a meaningful digital footprint is essential, yet a small business shouldn't spend their whole budget on it.
On the other hand, you should stand out and be trusted by your prospective customers.

That's where we come in.

Small businesses are often surprised to learn that web design and development is only a small part of the whole process.

Sprout and Blossom plans are backed by our 30 day money-back guarantee.
Average response time for customer service is usually under an hour.

So there are no hidden or startup fees?

Correct, you'll only be charged our monthly rates. The cost of development is included in this rate.

What do you mean by annual contract?

We require a one year commitment for our monthly plans. But with our 30-day guarantee, if you're not happy within 30 days, we will release you from the commitment.

What's the catch with the 30 day guarantee?

No catch. If you're unhappy with our service within the first 30 days, we'll refund all payments and release you from the contract.

How do you build your websites?

Our team includes full stack developers with senior level experience. We hand-code the website ground up to reflect the best for your business.

How long would it take to build my website?

It depends on the requests, but a typical website should take around 4-6 weeks to complete. This may take longer or shorter depending on your responses as well.

How do you charge for your services?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card will be charged automatically every month.

Can I change my plan down the road?

You can always upgrade your plan as your business needs expand. Downgrading to a lower plan is sometimes possible - please contact us if you need to do so.

Who owns the website?

After our annual term, we will transfer ownership rights for the web design to you. There are some in-house developed features that we'll keep ownership of but you'll be granted a lifetime license to use them on your website.

Why is it a monthly service?

We want to build a lasting relationship with you. Instead of other companies that create your site, get paid, and forget about you, we're here to help you with updates and answer any questions at no additional charge.

What's included in an update request?

One update request includes a full, thorough list of any updates or additions to written content and imagery. If you'd like a design changed or new features added on, contact us.

How does the Dormant plan work?

After completing the annual contract on a Sprout or Blossom plan, you are given the option to go dormant. Going dormant means that your site will remain online and as-is after the annual contract at a low cost, but without the regular updates and maintenance.
You may request to go dormant automatically when the contract ends while you are still on one of the plans.

Can I upgrade after I go Dormant?

Going dormant is not recommended for businesses who need regular updates or changes.
If you need additional updates or support when in this plan, you must enter another annual contract or pay our consultant fees. However, you can upgrade back to an annual plan any time! Just contact us and we'll take care of your requests.
